Write a check from your bank account; make the check payable to your employees for the net amount indicated on their pay stub. Give the check to your employee along with a copy of their pay stub, which shows all withholding amount. If you don’t choose to write a check, print one by using check stock. Check stock is compatible with QuickBooks or Microsoft Money. Print on a pre-printed check stock that you can make personal and professional by just adding your logo. Or, if you don’t feel like dealing with checks at all let us set you up with Direct Deposit. Your employees will appreciate Direct Deposit, no more trips to the bank. If you and your employee choose direct deposit, we’ll electronically transfer the net amount from your bank account to your employee’s bank account. Give the employee a copy of their pay stub printed on plain paper. Setting up direct deposit takes about two weeks and requires enrollment in EFTPS, the federal tax
payment system (there’s no extra charge for direct deposit).
